From New York City: Take the Lincoln Tunnel to NJ-3 West, then follow signs for the Sports Complex and MetLife Stadium. It’s about 8 miles from Midtown Manhattan.
From Northern New Jersey: Use the NJ Turnpike (I-95) South to exit 16W or Route 3 East, then follow signs for the Sports Complex.

How to Get to MetLife Stadium via Public Transportation
Public transit is a popular way to reach the stadium:
- Train: On event days, NJ TRANSIT runs trains between Secaucus Junction and Meadowlands Station, right at the stadium. You can connect from Penn Station (NYC) or Hoboken Terminal.
- Bus: Coach USA’s 351 Meadowlands Express leaves from Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan and takes you straight to the stadium.
- Ride Share: Uber, Lyft, and taxis have designated drop-off and pick-up spots on event days.
Parking at MetLife Stadium
