Seating Sections & Capacity

Stage 1 has about 499 seats, arranged to give clear views and strong acoustics from every section. Seating breaks down into three main areas:

  • Orchestra: This is the largest section and sits closest to the stage. The raked seating gives better views, and the center rows are especially popular if you want to be close to the action.
  • Mezzanine: Raised above the Orchestra, the Mezzanine offers a wider view of the stage. These seats work well for anyone who likes to see the whole picture.
  • Accessible Seating: Stage 1 meets ADA standards, with accessible seats in both the Orchestra and Mezzanine. Wheelchair and companion seats can be reserved through our website.

VIP & Premium Seating

If you want to sit up close, look for premium Orchestra rows or VIP seats in the center section near the stage. These spots are close to the performers and are often the most comfortable and popular choices.

Ambiance & Venue Experience

Stage 1 has a modern look, comfortable seats, and good sightlines. The sound and lighting are sharp. The lobby has a bar, contemporary décor, and easy access to restrooms. The space is small enough that you’re never far from the stage, so most seats give you a good view.

Accessibility & Parking

The theater is fully accessible, with step-free entry and elevators to all levels. Several parking garages are nearby, and public transit stops close to the venue, so getting there is straightforward whether you drive or take the subway.
